Contact Us

Your first visit begins with a brief health intake form and a consultation about your goals, areas of concern, and pressure preferences. Sessions take place in a private, climate-controlled room. You’ll be draped at all times; only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Afterward, we’ll discuss findings and any recommended follow-up.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete intake paperwork. Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before. Stay hydrated before and after. Massage increases circulation and helps flush metabolic waste from muscles. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Most clients undress to their comfort level, fully or leaving underwear on. You’ll be covered by a sheet at all times, with only the area being massaged uncovered. If you prefer to keep clothes on, just let us know and we’ll adapt the treatment accordingly. Your comfort is the top priority.

This depends on your goals. For general wellness and stress management, monthly sessions work well. For chronic pain or injury recovery, bi-weekly sessions are typical initially, tapering as symptoms improve. Athletes in heavy training often benefit from weekly work. We’ll build a personalized plan during your consultation.

We accept some insurance plans. We can discuss coverage prior to booking. If your plan is not accepted, we provide detailed receipts for reimbursement. Please contact us with your insurance provider and plan details to confirm coverage.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand life happens. Please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Certain conditions may be contraindicated or require physician clearance, including fever, open wounds, blood clots, severe osteoporosis, certain skin conditions, or recent surgery. Please complete the health intake form thoroughly and flag any concerns during your consultation. Your safety comes first, and we’ll adjust or postpone treatment as needed.
